I Can't Make It To The Gym. Will I Still Get The Same Results?
- Yes, 100%. The Programming has many different training programs designed with the busy Dad in mind. You can use resistance bands to get that "weight training" feel but at home. You can perform just body weight HIIT workouts. There are 100's of different at home workouts for you to focus on and get great results.
Are There Any Hidden Extra Costs?
- No. Once you finish your 4-week bootcamp you will chat with Simon about the different programs and any current offers we are running and figure out the best plan for you to get the results you want.
How Quickly Can I Get Results?
- That all depends on you. We've had guys join our program and start to see "abs" in 4 weeks because they have stuck to the program 100%. However, if this is more of a lifestyle choice for you and you want to develop good habits and learn about nutrition, but at the same time have great workouts and get great results, you will start to see significant changes in 6-12 weeks.
How Are You & Your Program Any Different To Other "Online" Coaches?
- Dads ONLY: First up, I only work with Dads. Being a dad and knowing the lifestyle changes we go through and have to handle are completely different from the 20yr trainer who wants to gun you down the gym twice a day. We make things fit our lifestyles and make sure you are serving yourself as well as your family.
