We collect your personal information in order to administer your accounts and subscriptions with 10XDads, process orders, payments or applications submitted by you. Also to administrate or otherwise carry out our obligations in relation to any agreement you have with us including any subscription to our service, verify your identity, anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you. Further, to carry out market research and tracking of sales data and send you information about our services (if you have chosen to receive such information).

We need to collect and process personal information about you (including your name, a user name, gender, birth date, and, in connection to your subscription any health questionnaires.) We may ask you for this information through our Site, on the phone or via a messenger chat


What personal data we collect and why we collect it

  • Comments:

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

  • Media:

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • Cookies:

A cookie is a small file, downloaded on to a device when the user accesses certain websites. Cookies are then sent back to originating website on each subsequent visit. We use a social media pixel to monitor interactions with certain social media platforms.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its data are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you are a current or have recently been a client we may send you marketing emails containing useful content, along with offers and promotions etc

Otherwise, we will only send you marketing emails if you have given consent to do so and have opted in to our email list. You can choose to opt out of our list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied us with, you may do so at any time simply contact us. If you have another query relating to your information, please contact us.

We retain your information as long as it is relevant for a period of 7 years after you have stopped training with us in case it is needed for legal purposes.

You may notify us of any updates, amendments and corrections to your information, or restrict or delete your data (where applicable)

Please note that we may need certain information to enable us to provide the services you ask for, so changes you make to your data or restrictions you ask us to make on how we use your data may effect what services we can provide. Keeping our records up to date and accurate:

You can opt out from any promotional, non-essential or marketing content at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us directly.

You may also contact us directly to request information about what data of yours is recorded by us, how it is stored and what it is. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you feel your privacy has been violated.

In general we retain and process personal data for a reasonable period following initial enquiry, purchase or the lapsing of an account with us. Certain records such as health screening forms may be retained for a longer period, in line with fulfilling contractual obligations of due care to our customers and visitors, in line with industry standards.
